Professional Artist Application - Estero Fine Art Show™
Youth Art Competition Application
Youth Art competition brought to you by Institute for the Arts & Education, Inc., a 501c3 non-profit organization whose focus is visual arts, diversity & community enrichment.
The bi-annual Estero Fine Art Show™ on November 21 & 22, 2015 and January 2 & 3, 2016 has a new home outdoors at Miromar Design Center. This is the same art fair that was previously held at Miromar Outlets, presented by Hot Works™ Fine Art & Fine Craft Shows, a professionally produced fine art fair by a show director with a national standing and reputation.
This art fair is a high quality, juried fine art and fine craft show with world-renowned and top-notch local artists. The jurors each have more than 30 years' experience with art education and/or art fairs. All forms of discipline are for sale including paintings, sculpture, clay, glass, fiber, wood, photography, jewelry and more. All work is original and personally handmade by the artist in the show. There is something for everyone. The event takes place 100% outdoors, has plenty of parking, has room for shaded seating and easy-access for patrons in wheelchairs to enjoy the art fair.
Professional artist applications are accepted via Zapplication.org, or via "manual" application. Along with the completed applications, artists must submit three images of his/her most compelling work and one of his/her booth presentation as he/she would set up at the show. Judging is based on technique/execution, originality and booth appearance. In order to attract high quality artists, there is $1,500 in professional artist awards.
Admission is free, but a $5 donation helps support the 501c3 non-profit, Institute for the Arts & Education, Inc., the 501c(3) non-profit organization dedicated to educate and promote fine arts and crafts among all artists and students, of all age groups and diversity, and the general public. IA&E implements ways to enrich lives and strengthen our community through the power of arts. In order for the community to learn how some of the art work is made, art demonstrations will be taking place throughout the event.
As part of our commitment to bring art education into the community, the continued Youth Art Competition for grades K-8 or ages 5-12 encourages young artists to create their original work to be publicly displayed with a chance to win a cash prize. Youths are exposed to and begin to learn the rules of being part of a professional art show. There is $250 in youth art awards. For young artists interested in entering the Youth Art Competition, youth art applications are available on this website, or by contacting info@HotWorks.org. The deadline to apply for the Youth Art Competition is October 15 for the November show and December 15 for the January show.
Sponsors whom are looking to excite the affluent are a perfect match for this event. Some of our most successful artists sell work that starts at $2,000 or more. Our partnership with sponsors is designed to put you foremost in the attendees mind.
