The Evansville Fine Art Show™ brings quality art to the area. The event focuses solely on the visual arts and community enrichment. While music and food are a part of the experience, they are not permitted to intrude in the relationship between artist and patron. This is a quality juried art show, juried by art professionals, with 75 to 125 of the nation's finest artists in all discipline including sculpture, paintings, glass, fiber, clay, wood, jewelry, photography and more. All work is original and hand made by the artist who is present at the show and happy to answer any questions about their work. Live art demonstrations allow many opportunities for the patrons to be able to understand the processes that the artists' go through to create their specific medium.
The event is held 100% indoors at The Centre, located in downtown Evansville, a beautiful facility that is accustomed to consumer events. As Indiana's third largest city, Evansville is a great place to live, work and play. Evansville is the Metropolitan Center for the Tri-State Regions of southwest Indiana, northwest Kentucky and southern Illinois. Hot Works goal is to build this event to be one of the best in the Midwest. Hot Works has met with City Officials who have agreed to work together on making this event a huge regional success. As always, Hot Works will heavily promote the event, including local broadcast TV, print, media, radio and social media. The Convention & Visitors Bureau has agreed to market the event outside of Evansville, to reach the nearby cities of St. Louis, Louisville, Nashville and Indianapolis. The event will open with a ribbon cutting ceremony, hosted by Mayor Lloyd Winnecke. The University of Evansville and the University of Southern Indiana will both be participating with an Emerging Artists section. The Southwest Indiana Arts Council will be part of the event, too, and will help Hot Works reach out to the local artists. With plenty of free parking, this city has great potential for this kind of event.
"I always know if I do a "Hot Works" show the artist's chosen to show their work will only be of the highest quality. Patty and her crew strive to make sure all her artist's needs are taken care of, including media exposure, to ensure a profitable event for all the artists. Wherever there is a Hot Works show you can be sure that Patty has worked hard to have the support of each community working together to make it a successful event for artists and patrons."

"I've done several of Hot Works shows – each one has improved upon the other – the last one in Winter 2012 was substantially better than the others even "under difficult times". She brought the people out and they bought. I love the way Patty runs her shows; she is getting a great reputation as a hard working promoter that cares about the artists."
