Hot Works, LLC has partnered with Institute for the Arts and Education, Inc., a 501(c)(3) Non-Profit charitable Organization to educate and promote Fine Arts and Crafts among artists, students and the general public.  The National Association for Independent Artists has asked Art shows nationwide to implement ways in which we can help teach Communities on how Art work is made, and to get more of the community involved with our Events.  The National Association for Independent Artists is a national Non-Profit Organization formed in Chicago 1995 to enhance the economic well-being of people who exhibit their work at quality outdoor and indoor Art and/or fine craft shows, encourage creative expression and artistic excellence, and expand public awareness, appreciation and acquisition of fine Art and fine craft.   An essential component of Hot Works Events is the invitation to local young artists from the schools to have their Art work displayed and judged by the same Art Professionals.  Furthermore, local colleges are encouraged to have students display an “Emerging Artists” section.  Also, there are ongoing demonstrations by artists at work in their specialized mediums.
