Clinton Twp., MI 48038 Re: Hot Works, LLC v Yourself Dear Mr. Valimont: Please be advised that the undersigned represents Hot Works, LLC, the sole and exclusive producer of the Orchard Lake Fine Art held on the campus of Orchard Lake St. Mary's Schools, Orchard Lake, Michigan. It appears, from the information in my file that you have represented to individuals at the Sugarloaf Art and Craft show, as well as other locations that you are the producer of the Orchard Lake Fine Art show and that my client is no longer involved. Be advised that the statements are not only defamatory, but constitute an intentional tortious interference with advantageous economic relationships, and will not be tolerated. Demand is herby made that you retract the statements and publish the retraction to each and every individual to whom you disseminated this false information, and, absent direct proof of your retraction, litigation will be instituted against yourself for the statements, as well as any incidental inconsequential damages.
