• I accept the rules listed in this brochure, as well as additional rules of the event
• I agree to hold harmless and indemnify Hot Works LLC, White Lake/Milford, MI; Orchard Lake St. Mary’s Schools & City of Orchard Lake, Orchard Lake, MI; Charlotte Merchandise Mart & City of Charlotte, NC; Miromar Outlets, Estero, FL; Lee County, FL; and their agents and employees for damage from any cause
• There are no rain dates and no refunds due to show cancellation due to rain, floods, tornados, hurricanes or other acts of God
• No insurance is provided to cover damage to my art work, my display or to myself
• I agree to remain open during all event hours
• No refunds within 30 days of event, except for immediate family death with proof of death certificate or your medical emergency with doctor’s note
• Cancellations between 30 and 59 days prior to the event will have fees applied to the next scheduled show
• Cancellations 60 days prior to the event will receive a full refund
• I authorize the show to use my slides or digital images for promotional purposes for past or future events
• I am directly involved in creating all artwork in my booth•
• Work must be original and crafted by the artist.
• Work must only be in the media and styles accepted by the jury
• Work must be in proportion to slides submitted
• Artists must provide tent and display materials
• Displays must remain within assigned space
• No sharing booths unless all artists are represented in juried slides
• Electricity is available for $75, which is in addition to the booth fee
• Prints and reproductions are accepted when clearly labeled and limited to 30% of work displayed
• Each artist must provide enough work to exhibit and sell during the entire duration of the art fair
• Sales Tax must be collected and remitted

The Check List

__ Complete all required information on the application and by the deadline.
__ If you would like your slides returned, please provide a self-addressed and stamped envelope. Slides/disks will not be returned unless a self-addressed stamp envelope is provided.
__ Three slides/digital images of your work, plus one of your outdoor booth – slides or digital images up to 1920x1920 pixel dimensions are accepted.
__ $20 Jury Check per event (cashed upon receipt). Jury fee waived for previous year’s event winners in that event.
__ Booth Check (including corner & electric fee, if applicable). Booth check (corner &/or electric can be included with same check) will not be cashed until notification of acceptance into the event has been sent to you.
__ You may include a statement for the jury. Please also indicate a list of any recent awards and honors.
__ Please make all checks payable to “Hot Works LLC” and mail to: PO Box 79 Milford, MI 48381-0079 postmarked by deadline

Estero Fine Art Show (Apr 5 & 6, 2009 & Nov 14 & 15, 2009) – Sat 10a-6p; Sun 11a-5p
Charlotte Fine Art Show (Oct 24 & 25, 2009) - Sat 10a-6p; Sun 11a-5p
Orchard Lake Fine Art Show (Jul 24-26, 2009) - Fri 6p-9p (Artist Preview Party); Sat 10a-7p; Sun 11a-5p
Estero Fine Art Show (Nov 8 & 9, 2008) – Sat 10a-5p; Sun 11a-5p

For all shows, move in is on Friday from 8:30a-5p; move out is on Sunday following close of the event. Thursday move in is available upon request and approval, however, there is no security on Thursday evening.
